Life & Transition Coach
As a coach, I provide executive and leadership coaching and life and transition coaching to others as God provides the opportunity.
I also work with several retired military leaders in the non-profit Caleb Challenge organization. Our team is committed to providing Biblically-based life planning and transition planning for military leaders and their families as they retire or separate from active duty service.
US Air Force Pilot, Commander, Planner & Analyst (Maj Gen, retired)
I was commissioned following graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1973 and retired in 2007. I earned my pilot wings in 1974 and served as instructor pilot, flight examiner, strategic airlift analyst and operations officer. I held staff assignments at the Pentagon, U.S. Transportation Command, and Air Mobility Command Headquarters. I commanded a military airlift squadron, an operations group and an air mobility wing. I accumulated over 4,100 flight hours in a variety of trainer and mobility aircraft, including the T-37, T-38, C-141, C-5, KC-135, and C-17.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Strategic Planner & Analyst (retired)
Following my military career, I worked as a Strategic Planner and Analyst at the Fort Worth headquarters of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. I provided strategy and analysis support to Air Mobility programs and Aircraft Training programs, including the C-130J, modernization and sustainment of both new and legacy Air Mobility aircraft (including the C-5M), and the T-X program. I retired from Lockheed Martin in 2016.
